Groundhogday?

This morning's effort was so similar to yesterday it was scary!

Baby alarm went off at 5:20 am. Tick!

Mama lays in bed and tries to ignore baby alarm - impossible. Tick!

Dad gets up to baby, Mama tries to ignore voice in head saying "Hey well you're up now - why not go running like you said you would - your clothes are laid out and everything!" ...humph...Tick!

Get up get dressed, go and do daily exercise. Tick!

So I am all done for the day which is the great thing about exercising in the morning first thing. It is all out of the way and then you don't have time to make any excuses.

I chose the run option today and did around 4km in 25 mins.

I am a bit behind in checking the weigh in/stats section but I think we were meant to have a weigh in today. My scales are a little vague so I like to weigh in on the scales at the gym on a Saturday morning and just use my scales as a guide - but if I was to go by them they would say that I have lost 1.5kg because they are down to 68.5 from 70. Not a bad effort.

  1. Good for you for being motivated in the morning. Getting started is so hard, even though we all know it feels great once you're done. Now I'm off to do my daily exercise since I've put it off all dang day. :)
