That half of the week

 

That half of the week has come around again where I have to trundle off to work for the next three days. Strangely enough - I actually find it easier to stay focussed on work days - especially for food, because it is so structured. I know exactly what time I need to be places and how long I have for things to get done. There is no time for messing about or time wasting and so I just get on with it. That being said - I haven't mastered to art of actually doing anything exercise realted on these three days of the week just yet. But I am sure with focus and a little (more) organisation, that too will come!
