Today was meant to be day 1

But I have a case of Food poisoning and can barely move!

We had some friends for lunch yesterday and then by 5pm last night I was feeling terrible.

I have stopped actually being ill now but I am achy all over and am not feeling good. I can barely pick Harris up I am do weak.

Unfortunately Mark has it too so we have been trying to take it in turns to look after him - but it is hard when you are sick - to meet his demands.

I feel like I am starting on the back foot !

and that was after feeling so confident on Saturday morning.
